Alma Artist Collective | Baltimore, Maryland
This outdoor mural was completed for the Alma Artist Collective, an organization providing studio spaces for local artists and an educational community space for the greater community.
The design for this mural was based on the building's history as a buttons and fastener manufacturing company in the late 1800s. My intent was to include elements of the past with Alma's current mission to cultivate creativity and community engagement.
The original Alma Manufacturing Company building prior to painting. The exterior painting was completed in 5 days during June 2020, while renovations to the interior were simultaneously being completed.
